Custom software, web and automation

Built around the tools you already use, tested on real data, and handed off with documentation.

Your tools stay. We build inside the systems you already use, and because we have no vendor affiliations, anything we suggest is picked to fit the problem.

You have a spec

We pressure-test it and quote it.

You have a problem

We find the cause and propose the build.

  • Web applications, internal tools, and work order and operations systems
  • Business and marketing websites
  • Workflow automation: intake, documents, follow-ups, reporting, and syncing data between systems
  • Custom AI agents that take one repetitive job end to end
  • Example: the work order system built for Harmer Communications (see Clients)

Supporting: data and analytics

Pipelines, dashboards, and plain-language reporting, offered as part of the builds above.

Who you'll work with: Chase Webb, CEO. U.S. Navy veteran. The person who scopes your build is the person who delivers it.

FAQ

Will we have to learn new software?

Usually not. We build inside the tools you already run and add custom software only where there is a real gap.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. The timeline and price are written into your scope before any work begins, so you know both up front.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The code lives in a repository you own, accounts are in your name, credentials are rotated at handoff, and you get a written record of everything transferred.

What if the scope changes mid-build?

We write a one-page change order, and you sign it before that work happens.
