For agencies and primes
Can PaperChaseWebb team with us on a bid?
Yes. We are available for teaming as a subcontractor or small-business team member. Send the solicitation number or a short scope to mgmt@paperchasewebb.com.
Does your participation count toward veteran-owned goals?
PAPERCHASEWEBB INC is SBA VetCert-certified as both an SDVOSB and a VOSB, and is registered as a small business. Whether a specific set-aside applies depends on that solicitation's NAICS code, size standard, and terms, so we confirm fit on each opportunity.
Do you hold a facility clearance or have cleared staff?
No. We do not hold a facility clearance (FCL) and do not employ cleared staff today. Classified work runs through a cleared prime's facility clearance, and we support the unclassified lanes of the program.
Which NAICS and PSC codes do you work under?
NAICS 541611 (primary), 541519, 541613, and 541990. PSC R408, R425, R499, and R701.
Where can we verify your registration?
On SAM.gov, using CAGE 18N61 or UEI KPU9YAK32Y88. Our registration is active.
What federal past performance do you have?
None yet, and we say so plainly. Our delivery record so far is commercial (see Clients). We are building federal past performance through teaming.
Will you bring in new platforms we would have to approve?
Not by default. We work inside the agency's existing stack and authorized tools, and our recommendations are vendor-neutral. Anything new goes through your own review and authorization process first.
How do we start a conversation?
Email mgmt@paperchasewebb.com or review the capabilities statement. Chase Webb, CEO, answers federal inquiries directly.
For businesses
Will we have to learn new software?
Usually not. We build inside the tools you already run and add custom software only where there is a real gap.
Do you resell or partner with any vendors?
No. We have no vendor affiliations, so any tool we suggest is picked because it fits your problem.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. The timeline and price are written into your scope before any work begins, so you know both up front.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The code lives in a repository you own, accounts are in your name, credentials are rotated at handoff, and you get a written record of everything transferred.
What if the scope changes mid-build?
We write a one-page change order, and you sign it before that work happens.
What happens after launch?
You can add Operate: monitoring, a plain-language monthly report, and improvements tested the same way as the original build. Support terms are set in your scope.
Who can access our data and systems?
Only the access you grant, scoped to the job and revocable at any time. We build and test on a copy of your setup, never on live accounts.
How do we get started?
Every project starts with a scoping conversation at PaperChase Consulting.
Ready when you are.
Federal teams: capabilities statement or mgmt@paperchasewebb.com. Commercial: every project starts with a scoping conversation.
